Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Area Manager with a hybrid Hunter-Manager profile to drive growth and manage key relationships across the West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in furniture (indoor/outdoor), tile, or hospitality design and established relationships within the Los Angeles and California A&D community .

This position offers autonomy, growth, and the opportunity to represent a globally recognized European brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Present collections, catalogs, and design solutions to architects, designers (A&D), dealers, and retailers .

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in hospitality, residential, and contract sectors.

• Manage the entire sales cycle : lead generation, quoting, order follow-up, and client retention.

• Build and manage relationships with multi-brand sales representatives .

• Represent the brand at trade fairs, showrooms, and client presentations .

• Report directly to the Managing Director, USA & Canada , aligning local sales efforts with broader growth strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven track record as a sales representative/manager in furniture, outdoor/indoor products, tile, or hospitality design .

• Active network within the Los Angeles / California market (A&D firms, purchasing managers, dealers, retailers).

• Strong Hunter mindset - proactive, driven, and results-oriented.

• Managerial skills - capable of managing key accounts and multiple projects autonomously.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills .

• Experience handling catalogs, samples, and client-facing presentations .

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred (not mandatory).

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the West Coast .

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
