Job Description As a Radiant Barrier Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing radiant barrier insulation in residential and commercial properties to improve energy efficiency and reduce cooling costs. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Install radiant barrier systems in attics, walls, and other areas of residential and commercial buildings. Inspect and evaluate properties to determine the best radiant barrier solution. Ensure the installation meets safety regulations and company standards. Work efficiently and independently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Adhere to job site safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, or related fields. Strong knowledge of radiant barrier systems and installation methods (or willingness to learn). Ability to work in high places (attics, rooftops) and physically demanding environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
