Our Barbacks are vital members of the service team, ensuring our bars are set up for service with all necessary supplies for crafting exceptional beverages. Proactive and highly organized, they excel at anticipating needs, communicating effectively, and managing multiple tasks under pressure. Their energetic and forward-thinking approach is key to maintaining high service standards and operational fluidity during peak times.

YOU ARE:

• An individual with 1+ year of customer service or restaurant support experience in a fast paced environment
• An enthusiastic team player who can seamlessly multitask under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a sense of professionalism
• Highly organized and efficient, leveraging strong communication skills to effectively maintain the highest cleanliness standards
• Certified, or willing to obtain certification, of valid state Alcohol Service Certification
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy weights as required by the role
