All that you need is:
Experience in a call center or customer service role, particularly in the HVAC or service industry, is preferred, along with bilingual skills.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
This customer service position has multiple flexible in-office shifts :
As a full or part-time Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls, scheduling HVAC services, dispatching technicians, and updating our CRM system. You'll also make outbound calls for confirmations and follow-ups, handle customer concerns, and support marketing efforts. Every day, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
