We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SIEM and Risk Assessment, and will play a key role in analyzing business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This is a day-shift role with no travel required. Experience: 12 to 14 Years Required Skills: • SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) Certifications Required:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop detailed business analysis reports outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Use SIEM tools to monitor and analyze security events.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work with IT teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input.
• Support project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven expertise in SIEM and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering business analysis projects in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
• Solid understanding of business processes and systems integration.
