Day Shift Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

Schedule

• Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend position — scheduled every other Saturday and Sunday
• Option to pick up additional shifts during the week based on availability and your scheduling need

Starting Wage: Up to $24.00/hour (based on experience and certification)
Stay Bonus: Earn a $1,000 contracted retention bonus, paid in installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of active employment.

Job Overview

As a Day Shift HHA/CNA, you’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for our residents. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health and comfort, and provide compassionate emotional support—all while working in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and promptly report any health or behavioral changes
• Safely operate lifts and assistive devices (e.g., Hoyer lifts)
• Support residents with memory care, hospice needs, or developmental disabilities
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Accurately document care in EHR systems while maintaining resident confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and team members

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required)
• Prior experience in assisted living, home health, or skilled nursing is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must pass a background check
