Job Description

We area seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role oversees budgeting, cost management, procurement, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Oversee, direct, and be able to project (know what is going on) electrical projects from beginning to end
• Read and understand weekly labor report, project, and influence field labor
• Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 3-8+ yrs "Running Work" as an Electrical PM
• Design Build commercial electrical projects is a plus!
• Has run projects over $10-$15+ million
• Experience Running Vertical Construction Commercial Projects experience
• Estimating experience, McCormick or Accubid preferred
• Strong manpower skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as team environment
• Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
