$32.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Overview

This position is in Juno Beach, FL, and supports digital communications as an Email Marketing Specialist. The role requires proficiency with marketing email platforms, including list segmentation, email testing and deployment, quality control, and metrics gathering and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Digital Media, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, etc.) strongly preferred
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience executing email communications
• Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following platforms: HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign, Watson Campaign Automation, Silverpop, Acoustic, or Salesforce/ExactTarget
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Basic knowledge and experience with HTML

• Ability to multitask and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of internal clients; enthusiasm for the business
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with direct communication channels such as email, SMS/text, and online self-service interactions

Benefits and compensation notes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
