?? Hands-On Career Start: Entry-Level Trade Assistant
?? Shreveport, LA | ?? $15/hr | ?? Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn a skilled trade from the ground up? We’re hiring a Trade Assistant to join a hardworking team where you’ll get hands-on experience in cleaning, teardown, assembly, and installation. This is a physically demanding role—but for the right person, it’s the first step toward a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Use hand and power tools to assist with equipment teardown and cleaning
Support installation and assembly tasks on-site and in-shop
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols
Learn from experienced tradespeople and grow your skillset daily

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 22+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (insurance requirement)
Strong work ethic and willingness to do physically demanding work
Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work well in a team
Interest in learning a trade and building a long-term career
