Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is looking to hire a Express Service Advisor

POSITION : Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is looking to hire a full-time Express Service Advisor. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system. Clean driving record/drug test required. Signing bonus available for qualified applicants.



REQUIREMENTS: People with customer service/hospitality experience encouraged to apply, regardless of automotive experience. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
