About the Role

Cymbiotika is looking for a  Graphic Designer who is as strong in organization as they are in design. This role requires a blend of creative execution and project management—perfect for someone who loves designing but also thrives on keeping projects moving and teams aligned. You’ll contribute to Cymbiotika’s premium aesthetic while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Design impactful visual assets for campaigns, product launches, packaging, retail, and digital channels.
• Manage creative workflows from concept to delivery, tracking timelines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining both speed and quality.
• Serve as the organizational anchor for the creative team—scheduling, prioritizing, and ensuring alignment with broader brand strategy.
• Maintain Cymbiotika’s visual identity while pushing creative boundaries with fresh, fashion-forward work.
• Oversee vendor and production relationships, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of creative assets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
• A portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, packaging, and brand identity.
• Hands-on expertise with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• A balance of creativity and structure—capable of delivering inspired, polished work on time.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and managing feedback.
