This is a hands-on, employee-facing role where you’ll be the first line of support, helping staff across the company stay productive and connected. What You’ll Be Doing Provide day-to-day technical support to internal employees (both onsite and remote) Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac (75%) and Linux (25%) systems Set up and configure new workstations, user accounts, and peripheral equipment Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed Support internal tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and basic networking issues What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience Strong experience with macOS troubleshooting and support Familiarity with Linux-based systems and command-line tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—this is a user-facing role Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests Comfortable in a high-growth, tech-driven environment Nice To Have Experience supporting remote teams Previous experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or similar) Knowledge of basic scripting or automation (bash, Python, etc.) This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a cutting-edge AI company and work with a team that values technical excellence and collaborative problem solving.
