Role Mission This role is the first stage of processing our new volunteer applications. This person will review new volunteer applications, screen out applications that do not meet our standards, send out scheduling links, and oversee the pipeline of applications through the interview stage.
What Winning Looks Like Key Results Area #1 - Screening - M-F daily check in on new applications
- Watches the number of applicants per role
- Screens out applicants who do not meet our standards
Key Results Area #2 - Scheduling - Emails scheduling links
- Balances work load between Interviewers
- Responds to general inquiries via email
Key Results Area #3 - Application Pipeline - Moves applicant through pipeline using software
- Keeps pipeline organized
Needed Skills - Self starter - willing to dive in & figure out the various softwares
- Detailed oriented - lots of candidates/stages to keep track of

Unique Company Culture and Mission Our Mission At Path of Hope Rescue we save pregnant dogs and puppies from high kill shelters in the Southern United States.
Our Spokane, Washington based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based. We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters as we work to build out our paid staff roles.
Our Vision. Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked and becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane by capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs.

Our Company Culture We are freedom loving American Patriots who love dogs, freedom and God.
No NGO status here, we dont take a single penny from the government. We are 100% funded by small donors and our adoption program, with a few small private grants here and there. We built this organization from the ground up in 2018 with $87.
We are built tough and believe that hard work pays off. Were about rolling up our sleeves and taking responsibility for our own actions. We dont do drama. There are no victims here and the system isnt out to get you, the only thing standing in your way is you and your attitude. We reward merit, not DEI or pronouns.
