Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist
Location: Optimum Body Shop, Las Cruces New Mexico
Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time]
Compensation: [Hourly rate or Salary + commission, if applicable]

Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to the needs of patients with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage therapy interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients.
• Adhere to all state regulations and clinic policies regarding massage therapy practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the state of New Mexico.
• 2 years of experience as a therapeutic massage therapist is preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they relate to massage therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage.
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous but not required.
