We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing & Events Assistant to help bring mission-driven campaigns to life in communities across the region. If you're energetic, people-focused, and eager to grow, we want to meet you!

💼 Position Overview

As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of community-based fundraising events and outreach campaigns . From assisting with logistics to engaging with the public, your work will directly contribute to the success of cause-driven initiatives that make a real difference.

🧠 No prior experience required! We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help you grow in the role.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Event Support – Assist with setup, logistics, and breakdown of live events and outreach activities

• Public Engagement – Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up booths, retail activations, and high-traffic community events

• Donor Interaction – Share nonprofit missions, encourage donations, and facilitate meaningful conversations

• Campaign Tracking – Collect donor sign-ups, update engagement logs, and support reporting efforts

• Marketing Support – Distribute printed materials, assist in content creation, and support campaign branding

• Administrative Tasks – Help maintain event records, campaign logs, and coordinate with internal teams

You’re a strong candidate if you:

• Communicate clearly and confidently in face-to-face settings

• Enjoy working with people and engaging the public

• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

• Are coachable and open to feedback and growth opportunities

• Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• (Bonus) Have experience in customer service , retail , outreach , or event promotions

• (Bonus) Have taken coursework in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Studies, or Event Planning
