Marketing Specialist (Contract) – 100% Remote
? Contract Duration: November 3, 2025 – April 30, 2026
? Location: Fully Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team on a temporary, contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the Director of Product Marketing by managing marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with impact.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

? Project Management

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple marketing projects

• Create and manage project plans, calendars, and status updates

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, product, sales) and external vendors

• Ensure all deadlines and milestones are met

? Campaign Execution

• Assist in the creation and launch of marketing materials across digital, email, social, and print

• Support asset management, quality assurance, and deployment

? Marketing Operations

• Serve as the main marketing contact for internal teams, affiliates, and vendors

• Help with onboarding, training, and adoption of marketing tools and platforms

? Cross-Team Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure smooth execution

• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or campaign execution within the investment financial industry

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Adobe tools, Workfront, and Marketo

• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team

Bonus Points If You Have

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• B2B marketing or financial services experience

• Skills in design or copywriting

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
