Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a genuine passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. As a Massage Therapist at our chiropractic office, you will work closely with our chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic massages tailored to each patient's specific needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for at-home self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in massage therapy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
