Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Terms: Permanent

Location: Atlanta or Phoenix

3 days required on site, 2 days WFH

GSquared Group is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative. The successful candidate will help migrate from a legacy ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations — and this is your chance to be one of the first key technical hires on that journey.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, you’ll be hands-on while also helping guide the team through a complex ERP transformation:

• Design, develop, debug, and support solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O
• Play a key role in data migration and integrations between D365 and external systems
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Help guide the team through implementation, conversion, and migration activities
• Gather and interpret requirements, translating them into technical designs
• Build and execute unit tests, support system testing, and ensure quality delivery
• Review code for compliance with architecture, performance, and security standards
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and see them through to resolution
• Support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and future upgrades
• Follow secure coding practices and address security scan findings

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Strong background as a Developer or Senior Developer through ERP migrations or conversions
• Experience with data migration and system integrations
• Ability to collaborate, mentor, and help guide a team through large initiatives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
