We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within assigned areas, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing a visible presence to deter criminal activity. This position requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to operate surveillance equipment, and a commitment to upholding the law. Responsibilities Saturday & Sunday Coverage: 3:30pm to 9:30pm Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Engage with the public in a professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or gather intelligence. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of property. Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes. Participate in ongoing training programs related to first aid, CPR, conflict management, and other relevant certifications. Requirements Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks as required by law enforcement standards.
