Nurse Practitioner

MPA have been retained by a multi award winning primary care clinic to recruit for a Nurse Practitioner to join their growing teams.

The client is a physician led primary care group with over 12 clinics, they have have opportunities available in:

· Victoria, British Columbia

· Vernon, BC

They pride themselves on providing top-quality care to patients while leveraging the latest technology to ensure efficient and accessible healthcare services.

In this role, you will work in a multidisciplinary PCN Clinic alongside a large team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals to deliver best in class primary care. This role can be a hybrid position, allowing you to securely work from home using their paperless cloud-based system.

Responsibilities:

• In clinic and/or telemedicine care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experience.
• Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations as required by law.
