Oncology - Radiation Physician at Integrity Locums summary:

An Oncology Radiation Physician providing full-time clinical care for adult and geriatric patients, specializing in advanced radiation therapies such as IMRT, IGRT, and SRS/SBRT. Utilizes Varian TrueBeam and Eclipse Treatment Planning System to deliver precise treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary support team. Requires board certification, active licensure, and strong communication skills to manage patient consultations and follow-ups effectively.

Coverage Needed

• October 27, 2025 - Ongoing
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No Call
• Full-time coverage needed per month; might consider 2 weeks per month

Clinical Details

• Patients per Day: 2 consults and 8 follow-ups max
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Dosimetrist, Physicist, Oncology RN, and Navigator
• Special Procedures: IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, SRS/SBRT
• Special Equipment: Varian TrueBeam, Eclipse Treatment Planning System, MIM Software, Aria
• Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active NC License and DEA
• BLS
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred, strong new grads considered
• Specific Skills: Proficiency in IGRT, IMRT, and treatment planning with Eclipse; comfort with TrueBeam and peer review processes
• Vaccines: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines
• No malpractice or credentialing issues; strong communication and documentation skills
