We are seeking a passionate Onsite Recruiter / Talent Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle , while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

\n\n \n What You’ll Do \n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Manage full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards, networking, and ATS (Avature).

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Ensure the assessment and selection process is consistent, fair, and equitable.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Provide an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners.

\n\n \n What We’re Looking For \n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience .

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite .

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Customer-focused approach with proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable in changing scenarios.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.

    \n\t\n
