ROLE SNAPSHOT
Pay: $120,000 – $160,000 base salary (no commission)
Location/Schedule: Remote (U.S. or International), Full-Time, Exempt
Purpose: Lead and scale physician recruiting to power the next generation of integrative medicine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead recruitment of an inaugural Medical Director and establish foundational systems.
Build physician recruiting infrastructure, CRM pipelines, and engagement strategies.
Develop partnerships with medical schools, residencies, and fellowships.
Represent the mission at conferences and events.
Use AI tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
Track and optimize recruiting metrics ( Mentor future recruiters and manage vendors and budgets.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
3–5+ years healthcare recruiting focused on MD/DO placements.
20+ successful physician hires with strong metrics.
Deep understanding of medical training pathways.
Demonstrated AI sourcing proficiency and stellar communication.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Agency experience and/or integrative or longevity medicine recruiting.
CRM expertise; knowledge of California licensing.
Bilingual (Spanish) or academic medicine network connections.

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 . Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
