The Role: Physician Recruiter As a Physician Recruiter at Serenity Healthcare, you’ll lead the full recruitment process - sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top clinical talent. What You’ll Do Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications Verify credentials and references Schedule and coordinate interviews Negotiate salary and benefits packages Assist with the onboarding process Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Attend job fairs and conferences Who We Are Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
