Project Manager- $85,000-$110,000 – Remote/ Canada

The Role

Do you have a strong background in project management within HVAC or technical services? Are you looking to take ownership of projects from start to finish while working with a supportive and growing company?If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join FLō to oversee and deliver projects from handoff through close-out, ensuring every client has a smooth and professional experience.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customers to keep projects on track, resolve issues quickly and support improvements that strengthen our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors to maintain progress
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Resolve project and technical issues by developing and implementing action plans
• Track project documentation, milestones, and budgets
• Support escalations, warranty coordination, and service logistics
• Assist with scheduling, customer communication, and process improvements

The Person

• 5 years of solid experience in project management & coordination (minimum 3 years in HVAC or technical services)
• Post-secondary education in business, project management, supply chain, or logistics preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
• Travel to job sites, manufacturing facilities, and customer locations.
• Ability to work from home with a home-based office.
• Valid passport: able to travel across North America.
