Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service, by greeting every entry into the community with a welcome and a smile within the first 15 seconds.
• Overseeing Accushield by making updates and guaranteeing residents, guests, team members, families, and vendors are signing into Accushield to secure the safety of residents and guests.
• Ensures front lobby, reception areas, and guest areas are neat and clean, including cleaning the front doors and windows.
• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Schedules visit appointments and transportation for physician appointments and supports resident needs.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service experience
• Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position, including state requirements.

Schedule: weekends, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
