Job Summary:

Are you someone who loves helping others, staying organized, and creating a warm, professional first impression? We're looking for a receptionist who brings positivity, confidence, and exceptional service to every interaction.

What You'll Do:

1. Greet visitors, residents, families, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
2. Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
3. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, paperwork, and inquiries
4. Support various departments with clerical tasks (filing, scanning, scheduling)
5. Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized reception area
6. Deliver excellent customer service while protecting confidentiality
7. Assist with communication, announcements, and daily administrative needs

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum one year receptionist or customer service experience combined with one year general office experience
• High School Diploma or GED
