Recruiter Contract: 6+ months Location: NY, NY Hourly: $40-$45/hr Must Haves : 2-3 years experience in recruiting talent within the retail industry Preferred: Luxury retail experience Job Summary/Description: the contract recruiter will support a retail organization with creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Creatively sourcing and recruiting talent Review and evaluate resumes, determining if candidates should be presented to the hiring manager Maintaining a database of candidates Managing the interview process, from screening to final offer Managing offer process including reference checks, background screenings and other documentation as needed Partnering with all levels of the organization to develop strategies to fill roles quickly and efficiently
