We value flexibility, as work assignments are determined each morning based on operational needs and your availability.

Please note that there may be a brief waiting period after your hire until your first shift. Our team will update you through text messages to keep you informed throughout the process.

What you’ll need to get started:

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds
• Availability for Saturdays and holidays, as required by business needs
• A valid driver’s license issued in your state, with proof required
• A personal vehicle that meets specific requirements listed below
• No prior experience necessary
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines

Vehicle Requirements: You will need to provide proof of the following items:

• Vehicle registration
• Minimum insurance requirements for your state
• Vehicle weight under 10,000 pounds, with trucks requiring a covered and secured bed
• No company logos or markings allowed
• No bumper stickers, political endorsements, or offensive markings
