Security Guard Shack Worker
Our client, a leader in security services, is seeking a dedicated Security Guard Shack Worker to join their team. As a Security Guard, you will be an essential part of the security operations team supporting the safety and security of the property and personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate vigilance, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Security Guard Shack Worker

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift: 8 hours per shift, 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Secure the perimeter of the property and monitor all gates related to deliveries and pickups.
• Conduct regular checks and rounds to ensure safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and activities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and report any suspicious activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and contractual agreements, including passing background and drug tests.

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
• Professional appearance with safety shoes, black slacks, and a black or grey polo.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to work on-site in a security role without remote options.
