Base pay range

$161,000.00/yr - $172,500.00/yr

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy and Salary:

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $172,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

The Growth & Discovery Product team at Wayfair is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and build out our SEO product suite. SEO (along with Gen AI Search) is a key investment area for Wayfair and our team is a part of the Growth and Advertising group that reaches over 500 million consumers in our mission to help everyone anywhere create their feeling of home. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). They will own the roadmap and execution around Wayfairs platform that manages the planning, execution, and experimentation to optimize our SEO and Agentic Search performance. They will be a product athlete, able to translate complex problems into a product roadmap, back up recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning, prioritize against multiple, sometimes competing priorities, be comfortable working in an Agile environment, with a history of successful product launches. In addition they will also collaborate with other Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business owners to deliver on the roadmap

What You'll Do:

• Set the product vision for this team - from strategic goal setting to experimentation and scaling, partnering with SEO Managers, Engineering and Science leaders. Identify product suite capabilities that will provide a competitive advantage in the SEO and Gen AI search space
• Use agile processes and leverage a dedicated engineering and ML team to translate your product vision into well-sequenced de-risked roadmaps, and manage execution
• Influence partner teams across Storefront and Merchandizing teams to drive success
• Define product requirements and drive timely and smooth cross functional execution
• Develop and monitor OKRs for key product initiatives and ensure alignment with stakeholders

Were A Match Because You Have:

• 6+ years in product management in an Agile environment with exposure to the full lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• 3+ years of building products in the SEO space or owning the Storefront/Website (Product detail, Search or Browse pages) for a large eCommerce website space or similar (with SEO exposure in those roles)
• Sufficient technical literacy to both understand the underpinnings of products to make key decisions as well as effectively communicate with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to proactively deep dive and dig into data and KPIs.
• Ability to leverage GenAI tools effectively for several areas in product management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
