Job Details

We’re seeking a Senior Project Leader with a strong background in managing technical initiatives from concept through completion. This role involves developing comprehensive execution strategies, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering-focused projects, from kickoff to delivery
• Define and document project objectives and deliverables
• Align execution with client expectations and success metrics
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of projects
• Track and communicate scope changes and their implications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and feedback
• Build trust through consistent delivery of value and transparency
• Ensure compliance with client-specific protocols and standards
• Review and approve all technical outputs and documentation
• Secure necessary inputs and access for the project team (e.g., site data, drawings)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience managing engineering projects
• Familiarity with the pulp and paper sector and established industry relationships
• Proven track record in client development and account growth
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Strong understanding of both early-stage and detailed design processes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
