Title: Team Lead, Kit Production Location: 10085 International Blvd, West Chester Township, OH Shift/ Hours: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift Discover Impactful Work: We are seeking an outstanding Team Lead for Site Services Kit Production to join our 2nd shift team! This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring flawless operations and maintaining world-class standards in kit production. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and quality in our processes!
Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient and effective operations of the department, maintaining world-class quality standards.
- Participate in daily operations and address issues until resolved successfully.
- Provide training for new personnel and implement new processes, ensuring detailed documentation.
- Attend study protocol meetings and educate team members on critical issues.
- Build work schedules and holiday planning for the team.
- Assist in Global Kit Production, distribution, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of supplies.
- Support internal departments and external kit vendors with high levels of service and reliability.
- Manage Kit Production staff and provide training to new members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Kitting Operations and management.
- Monitor staff performance and identify efficiencies in the production process.
- Support with back orders, order comments, and express orders.
- Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports.
- Manage the K Drive and kit vendor document repository.
- Provide system and courier training.
- Attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings.
- Perform quality control checks and assist with (un)loading activities.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices.
- Strong motivator, with the ability to encourage and lead a team.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital literacy and outstanding analytical abilities.
- Effective negotiation, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical mobility, including standing, bending, and lifting, with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and potentially hazardous substances.
