LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, rotating
• Employment Type: Travel

Job Responsibility:

• Provides patients with education on prescribed medication including potential side effects and documents all education in the patient’s medical record
• Dispenses medication to the patient as per the medical providers’ order (daily, weekly, or biweekly)
• Documents all DOT encounters with patient on the DOT log sheet.
• Documents all DOT encounters in accordance with policy.
• Reports and documents all patient-reported or witnessed side effects to a PCC medical provider the same day.
• Obtains medication orders from the medical provider.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Active RN license for NY
• BLS by AHA
