About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Studio Art Production, CGI, and Retouching to take on a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end studio production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met and that the work is in line with the brand's creative vision. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of CGI, retouching, and digital and print production, who can drive creative execution across various platforms. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a multidisciplinary team, fostering a creative and productive environment, and overseeing all aspects of art production from concept to final delivery. The Head of Studio will also be involved in cross-functional collaboration, quality control, process improvement, and budget and resource management. Applicants for the Head of Studio Art Production, CGI, and Retouching position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in art production, CGI, and retouching, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work, excellent leadership and team management skills, and a strong understanding of current industry trends and technologies. Proficiency in industry-standard software is essential. The role also demands exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
