Compensation & Incentives
Per-Class Pay: (based on experience & certifications).

Responsibilities
Teach engaging private and group Yoga classes.
Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, form, and personalized coaching.
Collaborate with fellow instructors on special events, workshops, and community offerings.
Help drive retention and new member growth through authentic client relationships.
Represent Solterra Wellness Club’s values as a wellness ambassador.
Qualifications
Certification in Yoga
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Experience teaching diverse clients and class formats.
Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.
