The Dynasty Investment team is responsible for the delivery of investment management, investment solutions and client service to Dynasty’s network of independent financial advisors. Dynasty’s investment platform offering includes robust portfolio management and managed account solutions, access to research, thought leadership, and market commentary, investment consulting services, Outsourced CIO services, broad investment product access, capital markets solutions, and integrated technology for implementation.

We are seeking a Vice President, Investment Solutions Specialist to join our client coverage and Investment Solutions team. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner and consultant to our network of independent advisors. You'll provide access to a wide range of investment solutions, including proprietary model portfolios and managed account solutions, third-party strategies and SMAs, private market investments, and capital markets offerings. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on delivering value, solving complex investment challenges, and collaborating across teams. Regular travel is required to build strong advisor relationships and drive platform adoption. This role will be the key point of contact between the Investment team and some of Dynasty’s largest advisor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with advisors to enhance education and adoption of investment offerings through frequent and recurring communication - including in-person visits, virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Prioritize in-person engagement, requiring routine travel to strengthen advisor connections.
• Use a consultative approach to present value-add ideas, proprietary thought leadership, and tailored investment solutions for complex client needs.
• Provide expert insights on third-party SMAs, private market investments, and capital markets solutions. This includes features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate resources across the Dynasty Investment team, third-party asset managers, investment technology providers, and internal teams to streamline communication and effectively respond to network partner needs.
• Host or lead educational initiatives in partnership with Dynasty team members and/or third-party asset managers.
• Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver new solutions and enhance existing offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors and institutional clients.
• Experience presenting investment solutions and market insights to sophisticated audiences.
• 5-10 years of industry experience including background in investment product distribution and consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Series 7 and Series 65/66 registrations preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Progress toward CFA, CIMA, or CAIA designations a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Client focused with a dedication to delivering high quality service.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to take initiative and execute with a degree of autonomy.
• Must be able to partner, collaborate and work effectively in an in-office, team-based environment.
